        Didnt think it was possible to be worse than 5/3 bank, but Key banks has taken the prize. Im too lazy to articulate the issues I experienced. Suffice it to say, these two banks are sure to disappoint!

        Tried to assist other half Tina Billings to refi when rates where low year and half o 2 years ago..Didnt get it done..fella said he was busy and even had to work a full day on saturday...almost brought tears to my eyes.boo hoo.Tina works at hospital been phtfing in 10 -12 hour days 6 sometimes 7 days a week since Covid ..i worked many 6 sometimes 7 days when i had kids at home.sometimes 2 jobs...Now half the time she dosnt receive a monthy statement till after its due......
