        Called for service on a refrigerator. They refused because I didnt purchase from them. I guess I wont need to purchase from them in the future either.

        We absolutely LOVED our experience with Frank's Appliance store. After having all of our questions answered, our decision on which washer to purchase was easy to make and both our check out and delivery were easy and smooth. Fantastic customer service and we will absolutely shop there again the next time we are in need of an appliance.

      I have figured out that you are only a renter not the owner of this property or dryer. You had no business tearing the dryer apart. Your landlord was made aware of this issue. Remember you said you do not check your voice mail. We left 4-5 messages for you to call back in a week span.

      Sorry you are having service issues. But its been our policy to service for our customers only. You purchase from us we will service. Our sales helps our service department run. Only thing we can suggest is call the place you purchased it from.
