Do not order anything from this company. Says items are in stock and then when you place your order, you receive an email that your order is being processed, but never receive another email after that nor the product you purchased. When you contact them via email, youll receive a generic email apologizing and a future estimated date. Theres no way to speak to an actual person. Im working with my CC company to try to get a refund. What a pain. Buyer beware.

Ordered a bed frame in January. Heard nothing. Said 6-8 weeks. Checked in 3 months later. Said there were delays, blah blah, and said early April. I said when and they said cant control it and didnt give me a date. Communication is all done by email and its a response every 2-3 days from when I send it. Do not do business with this company. Absolutely ridiculous.

DO NOT ORDER! Complete SCAM. They take all your money upfront and then never SHIP your item. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER Either and take days to respond and all of the emails are lies.

I placed an order well before Christmas to give as a gift & never received it. We emailed back & forth several times & they reported delay & assured me it'd arrive. I attempted to use the faulty Shop app they suggested to track the order w/out success. Request for refund got ignored & they eventually stopped responding.
