The Technician that was dispatched was competent and professional and deserves "5 Stars/*****. Mr. Rooter's price seemed a little high but the Technician cleared it with minimum disruption, so I guess, in the long run, it's worth the cost.

Mr. Rooter came out quickly, gave me an estimate and did repairs on the spot, staying late. Although I thought the work was a bit pricey, they corrected a problem with my fridge that I've had since it was installed 4 yrs. ago, as well as replacing parts and a supply line on a toilet. He asked about pets and was careful not to let my cat out (much appreciated), was careful with my floors, cleaned up afterwards, made adjustments to toilet until it was just right. Thanks very much!

Ben Blankenship was able to diagnosis my plumbing problems and fix them during his visit to my home. He went the extra mile to make sure all issues were taken care of before he signed off on the plumbing receipt. Thank you Ben! I will keep your contact and always ask for you in the future.
