EVERYTIME I speak with them either in person or over the phone, they ALL present themselves as polite, professional, energetic, knowledgeable and helpful!!! From the staff answering the phones to the technicians, the culture of the company seems to be all about total customer satisfaction. Our service tech Bret was AWESOME!! Will certainly request him again if/when we need an electrician!!!
