If I could leave negative star, I would. This company does not respect its employees or appreciate their hard work. I have went above abs beyond for this company CSR, helped with sales, helped with accounting and even went in on the weekends to help our! Ive proven myself to this company month after month. There is no growth within the company. I simply asked for a negotiation for pay raise to see if I could qualify considering I was making the least amount and doing most of the work. I emailed the CEO. He took my email as resignation I then sent an email saying I was not resigning but simply Wanted to meet for negotiation on pay raise. I even said it would be okay if he couldnt and would still work normally with normal pay. Again, no reply abs no response. Went to work Monday and was told to go home and work from home Bc I was exposed to Covid. Came home and logged on 2 hours later for a call saying I cant work from home, but I could return to work on Monday and finish the week and my resignation (when I didnt resign) Sunday night got an email saying I cant return to work and theyll send my belongings to my home as Im not allowed returning to gather my stuff. Again, I was not fired and I did not resign. Confusion. Dont ask for a raise Bc apparently this is what happens when you do. The CEO did not respect me at all and avoided all emails o sent. I do not think this company is ran professionally at and would advise the next CSR to think before they apply. Read the reviews. This company does not respect their employees.. especially ones who prove themselves time after time. If I could leave a negative star, I would. Please read the reviews before taking this position as I am not the only employee who has been mistreated.

I am in love with this company. Im a musician/band leader and I wanted merch for my fans. However, local T-Shirt shops were outrageously priced and only provided 1 or 2 color print screening of a name and logo. But, I decided to go ahead anyway and left a message with our local printshop who does all the ball teams etc. but they never got back with me. So, after leaving 2 messages that were never returned, my anger at being snubbed forced me to seek other avenues and thats when Google introduced me to ARTBRANDS. (The local shop was on vacation but failed to change their outgoing message) I uploaded my photo and scaled it to fit and submitted my project. I did receive a phone call from my rep clarifying a few details regarding the intended purpose and what colors (bright or dark) as I guess it affects how they trim the edges. I received my decals very quickly. In the meantime, I searched for cheap, but good quality shirts. Not only did I score big on the shirts but also tote Bags. So, now I can make my merch for about $6.00 each. At that price I decided Im not a vendor, Im a musician and so I chose to give gifts to people that hire me or fans that go all out to support me. And these gifts have been well appreciated all around Thank you Art Brands
