Great experience. Theo whats a great resource, walking us through choosing the right carpet, carpet pad just right for our bedroom, and the installer was efficient and knowledgeable. Best experience we have ever had with buying floor covering. Will definitely return to this store for future flooring needs.

From the first meeting with the salesman Theo Reed to the finish of the installation it has been a great experience. Theo was great to work with and very helpful. The installation guys were very professional and polite. They did great work also. Our floors look beautiful!

Worst customer service and communication award goes to Levis We had vinyl flooring installed spring 2021 in our entire first floor, spending just under 12k. We had a salesman, Paul come out to our house to address some concerns we had prior to install. We were assured there would be no issues, and our flooring was installed. Since then, weve had nothing but issues with our floor and its been ripped up and re-installed on three separate occasions. Our floor continues to dip and separate in multiple areas, and we have one floorboard thats completely cracked. Weve worked with Karie in customer service for months, and were connected with Kyle who came out to level out and fix one area. Due to the holidays, we were told wed have to wait until after thanksgiving 22 to fix the rest. We spent Dec-Feb trying to reach Kyle and get answers from Levis to no avail. I was referred up to one of the owners, John Woods. I spoke to him several weeks in a row hoping to get answers but was repeatedly told he would speak to Kyle and call me back. He never did. After two months of attempting to resolve the issue directly with John, we decided to involve the better business bureau. This has been a known issue documented in an email trail for months and months. Now that weve involved BBB, our warranty has conveniently expired and were on our own to resolve the issues were been reporting to Levis for years. Their website says LEVIS 4 FLOORS warrants flooring labor for a period of one year from the completion of installation. But if they string you along past that one year mark, and refuse to actually help you, it falls on you. Even if you have an email trail documenting the ongoing issue and a false promise of getting the issue resolved. They will also lie and say anything to BBB to get out of being on the hook for any resolution. What a joke!
