Rieser's Autobody East

We had a very intense wind storm last week and I opened my car door and it grabbed a hold of it and lifted the car and seem like it bent the hinges on the door and the door would not shut on the driver's side. After getting the runaround from several body shops and having to wait on a list just to have it looked at over a week from now. I called Risers today and set an appointment the same day. Kyla was very pleasant and helpful on the phone. Everyone seemed very helpful. They have my car door fixed and I'm on the road in 30 minutes only being charged a fraction what it would have been anywhere else. Highly recommend and thanks Trevor you're a rockstar.

I got hired hear on 03/21/24 at Risers as a Detailer threw a temp service when I say the Employees hear and the owner hear are so dope man and really care about what they do and respect they customers and staff it felt like I jump right in to a New family my Trainer Noah was so Awesome in training me I couldnt believe it he gave me a good run down of the place and made me feel good about being apart of this body shop he New what he was talking about explaining the job to a T I cant wait to see what my future hold in this company but I just wanted to Tell you and you staff front office and back Thank you and much love to everybody

This place is the best! I definitely will be coming back and recommending it to anybody. I ripped my whole van tire and I barely made it to the mechanic. The people here are very kind. The front desk lady and the mechanics have excellent customer service. I am grateful for them! Thanks

Took my grand Cherokee to Rieser's for repairs. They did an outstanding job! From start to finish!! Thank you so much.! You made a bad situation alot better.
