Although William/Bill is a very nice guy it saddens me to write this review. I wish I never came to this shop. My old problem is back and I have a new bigger problem of oil leak accumulating in my parking spot. When originally came 3 weeks ago I was told there was a machine they use to extract oil but theres was broken so they were doing it manually with rags and towels I was there 2 days in a row paid roughly $1200. He proceeded to apologize and say he was short staffed, oddly he says when your thermostat goes out, I will pay for it out of my own pocket now because of the oil leak Ive had to contact corporate and am waiting for an adjuster. I am highly upset as this is the only vehicle I have and winter is approaching. Not only that I had to replace 2 tires the next day there were nail, screws and pieces all in my tires. I guess that was a ploy to get me back to buy tires after Ive already been robbed of $1200, hopefully they rectify this situation in a timely manner.

I've had several oil changes here and the experience has always been great! I book appointments online and have always been seen on time. The staff is friendly, professional and I've never once felt " taken advantage of. On my last visit, it was pointed out that I had big metal objects in each of my rear tires. The staff clearly explained my options and I purchased two new tires at what I feel was a very fair and competitive price.
