This was my first visit, and it was to use the dog bath. The staff is awesome! Very helpful and accommodating while we waited for one of the two bathing stations to become free. Stations are great, providing water, shampoo and brushes. Please clean up after yourself!

needed goats milk for my dog and wasnt sure who carried it nearby. i called and they were so friendly and had it in stock! Even when i got into the store, Ava helped me immediately find everything and made suggestions. She also helped me sign up for their rewards and gave me some coupons. Used to be a regular of another pet store but Im definitely going to be coming here more often now! Thank you to the staff!!

I absolutely love this store The staff are so helpful and you can tell they love pets from the manager to Ava and Lila. The prices are great which is surprising for a smaller specialty store. They have a huge selection of items and all in my neighborhood.
