He has helped me with a second home, a refinance when it made the most sense, a HELOC loan, and my parents mortgage. He has always been very responsive and helpful.         Terrible customer service not a professional bank. No communication between corporate and local office. Fraud placed on an account for traveling in the United States caused my account to be over drawn because I did not have online access. Suggestion was to keep a ledger which never received a ledger book for transactions. If I do online banking and dont write checks I dont require that.
