        forgot my guac and my cheese dip. Paid for extra meat and got normal portion sizes. I understand you guys are a new location. But Yall need to slow down and read your kitchen tickets.. 3 small pieces of chicken on my tacos. Like????

        Food is never on time. Constantly out of ingredients. Worth the extra drive in order to go to Middleburg Hts location.

        Ordered through the app. Now my problem is if you order sour cream you get half a scoop of sour cream and its on one side of the burrito, but if you order extra sour cream literally every single bite is soaked in sour cream until you become lactose intolerant by exposure. Not just this chipotle, its every chipotle. Also the bean portions are insane. These are my only complaints.

        Ive ordered here several times and each time it seems to get worse. Ill usually ask for extra protein and beans, and receive the normal portion sizes. They have forgotten salsas either on the item or on the side. For the price being paid, the least they can do is make an accurate order.
