Berea Lakes Apartments

They're Towing cars of college kids visiting friends for profit. The only people who seemingly knew about their policy is the management and k &m towing! They took down my last review for telling the truth. But i got receipts. $180 for visiting a friend of the complex. The tow company told us visitors weren't allowed as he laughed. They take down this one, I'll just add the screenshot to Facebook. Guess they don't want anybody to know the truth of this scam! The innocent visitors deserve to know! Why do they want such post removed? To Keep up their money scheme! All the college students. Find somewhere to live before you're friends visiting you gets towed

Excellent location but management is terrible. The buildings don't appear regularly maintained, parking is awful & they will tow your car if it doesn't have a pass so no visitors can park in the premises. They use a spotter & will call for a tow as soon as you enter the building.

We rented an apartment at the Berea Lakes complex through Integrity. More than 60 days after moving out, we still had not received our security deposit refund. They claimed we did not pay our final months rent, however, we did. We emailed copies of canceled checks and after another few weeks we got our refund minus $75 for a late fee for the rent we paid on time. We had to threaten legal action to receive the $75 refund. Basically they made a bookkeeping error and accused us of not paying rent. Seems pretty shady to me.
