Burger King

French Toast sticks so burnt they were like chewing leather my husband said. Breakfast sandwiches cold. And iced coffee tasted like chocolate milk with ice, no coffee flavor at all.

Service is always super slow, even when there aren't many customers. Not sure why they call it fast food anymore. And the last time I went, they totally messed up the order. I didn't get the extras I paid for. So they owe me money. I only go once in a blue moon because of the coupons that allow me to buy cheap burgers and fries for my sons. But if you are paying regular prices, don't waste your time or money.

They were extremely Disrespectful and rude. I do not recommend coming here they also was. Horrible customer service horrible customer service horrible customer service. Today is 03/27/24 and o came in at 12:50pm. Whoever is the manager is very rude and unprofessional.

Worst chicken sandwich and onion rings I've EVER gotten from Burger King in my life! It was inedible. The chicken was HARD and completely dry! I literally fed it to my dog. There was no cheese on it like I requested. The onion rings were hard, almost like maybe they threw the old ones back in the fryer to heat them up. And what is that black stuff? Now I know why I didn't get a receipt with a survey code... There was no one in the drive-through (that should've been my 1st clue). And I wonder how long ago this food was actually made. There were no markings on the wrapper to know. I'm new to Berea..... now I know to avoid this Burger King! They need to educate their employees about food safety and why food has time limits, before someone gets sick. Service gets a one star also because my husband went there... they were open, no line... waited and finally someone came on the speaker and said that he couldn't take his order because there was no help. Then why are they even open if they can't take any orders? Wonder how long before it's shut down...
