This place is a joke. Highly recommend dont come here if you dont have to. Understaffed apparently so you wont know how long youll sit there to get unloaded 3 hours and counting and only 2 crates taken off so far. Truck drivers perspective. The people receiving are friendly though. Update 9-8-23. I have been here 2 more times since my last review, and been here both times at 7 am and I was unloaded in a quick timely manner. The 1st time I was here when I wrote my review was approximately 4 pm

This place has zero respect for the truck drivers that move their loads. I asked two different persons to use a restroom and they told me they dont have a restrooms for truck drivers and drivers are not allowed to use their company restrooms either. I guess you have to be the right color or pee under a specific angle in order to use their restroom. I would definitely write a complaint to labor department.

Ive been with Autokiniton for a minute now and its terrible I wouldnt recommend working here this place has a high turnover rate for a reason. For starters the color crew/ schedule they have for their employees is terrible. The whole management be power tripping. They always finding a new ways to make people stay over an increase their quotas. Dont get me started with the HR department, theyre understaffed and only help you out when they feel like it. For a place that says there a union they really dont listen to their employees.

Good work is rewarded. Just show up on time, dont call off too much and work is pretty easy for $20 an hour plus great benefits. Been there 3 years. I was 60 years old and I did the work easily. Most who leave us wish they could come back cause they find out grass isn't always greener somewhere else....
