        Everything is mid.. it smells like sweat in the room, hot water sucks, also the ac sucks it was boiling when we opened the door and we turned the ac on its loud and doesnt seem to cool down enough. The room seems clean but Is it? It smells like sweat. Also, I got woken up by loud banging at 3 am no idea what it was or where it was but it sounded like it was right on us. Didnt stop for a while then just nothing.

        While we had two rooms the first room had a lot of bugs in the bathtub walked over to the hot tub room and there was cockroaches coming out of the sink was only there 5 minutes to get my money refunded this place needs to be exterminated heavily cuz there's no way nobody did not know about them bugs in that room do not let rooms fool you they have bugs

        Booked 4 nights with 2 children. It's 30f outside. Room has NO hot water. Went to front desk and was told that I have to let it run for 30 mins to warm up. 1 hr later still No hot water spoke with front desk again. He asked me how many showers so he could give me a key to use a different room to shower and that I had to bring the key back. The thing is why do I have to run my children in and out of the cold after just having a shower. Idk how this is even acceptable.

      Dear Travis We are so sorry for your experience at the hotel. We do have exterminated service every month. That jacuzzi room you had been rented mostly everyday. We did call exterminated service specific for that room. Again so sorry about that.
