If you're in a hurry around 7am through the week just plan on sitting in line for 15 minutes for coffee. Most employees are great but a couple seem to hate their job. Edit... May 6th 2023. Sat in line for over 30 minutes for a coffee and a sandwich. Disappointed to say the least

Update: Corporate reached out and were courteous. They said they contacted the local manager, and I never heard anything else. We went back today to give them another shot. The new lady working the drive through window was very sweet, but the manager who I assume was training her was not kind. She was obviously learning and he was so condescending. One item was forgotten, but they met me at the door with it and apologized. Clearly the issue at this location is this one man. I stopped going to this location for awhile because the service was so bad, but the last few times it has been great. Today was a different story. I placed a mobile order then sat in the drive through for about 20 minutes before I got to the window. At that point, they confirmed my order and STARTED making it. They were out of cinnamon for the HOT cinnamon sugar latte (the reason I went there) and offered to make a different flavor. Fine, I get it, I like hazelnut too. They handed me our wraps, someone elses donuts (which we swapped), and then an iced chocolate looking coffee. I had one kid screaming and another that needed to use the bathroom at that point, so I took it and left. That was the worst coffee Ive ever tasted. It tasted like chemicals. I dumped it and now thats 30 minutes and $5.49 that Ill never get back. Not sure if they were training new staff or were understaffed, or what, but we probably wont be going back for a while.

The girl working was so sweet. Some old curmudgeon came in and was giving her a rough time andshe handled it wish such graceand professionalism. I hope management knows what a good worker they have! Food was good and came out quick.

Wheelchair accessibility: Thank you for convenient handicapped parking, and zero step access to the sidewalk without a ramp- much appreciated! (Ramps and steps are difficult for me to navigate)
