My family and I were extremely pleased with the way the viewing, memorial service, and funeral were handled for my departed wife of 52 years, Cindy Valley. We were treated like members of the C&K family! The young lady there that worked with us was a C&K family member (daughter) of the owner, who passed away in the recent past, so she most certainly knew what we were going through and she showed it! Her care, compassion, and professionalism took much of our worries away during that most stressful and somber time. The viewing there was so nice. They worked with us on photographs, videos, and they even provided a couple of wonderful, very large, full-color roll-up photo collages. One is still hanging up in my living room. The hand-out photo book marks were a special treat because Cindy loved to read. They even produced hand-out crossword puzzles about Cindy's life because she loved her puzzles! The crowds that showed up for the viewing wrapped around inside and even out into the parking lot. Even with this crowd C&K made sure everyone was accommodated. Cindy's favorite flower was a daisy. Knowing this, each grandchild and close relative received a daisy to place with Cindy. At the burial at Bellbrook Cemetary each grandchild and anyone that so chose, received a marker to write special things on the white casket. So, so moving!!! I did not think I would be able to pass by the C&K building without turning my head away, as I drive by there frequently, but I now look upon that building with fondness and bitter sweet memories. I hope they arrange the same thing for me one day. I highly recommend Conner & Koch to anyone experiencing what we went through. You will not be disappointed.

From the legalities to the emotions to the logistics, planning a funeral is challenging. The staff at Conner and Koch made it as easeful and seamless as possible. Nancy and team, thank you for providing exceptional customer service during the planning process after our mothers death. Everyone who attended her memorial service had the highest of compliments and all of us felt uplifted, despite the circumstances. The staff at Conner and Koch exceeded our expectations and truly personalized every aspect. True to their name, it felt more like a celebration. Our mom would have loved all of it.

When my wife recently passed away unexpectedly, Conner & Koch made all the arrangements for us, and made everything simple so that I didnt have to worry about a thing. They had a beautiful service, with cookie-making station for the kids, and a wonderful celebration of life room with lots of pictures and things to show the good times my wife had in life. Thank you for doing such a great job for our family, relieving much of the stress we would have otherwise had to deal with. Highly recommended.

I would recommend Conner & Koch to everyone. My husband John's service was the most beautiful service I have ever seen. It was very personal, heartfelt, & customized to honor his life. I appreciated all of the big things & little things Nancy did for John & our family.
