Disappointing. Female manager spent 20 mins outside talking to an online order pickup. From the looks of it was talking to a friend instead of helping out their crew who was short staffed. Took a long time to get our food. Which one part was wrong. I understand, I've worked fast food. It can be rough with low pay, long hours and ungrateful customers. I try to not be one of those folks. However the female manager didn't need to take an attitude when I just wanted my correct order. I get it maybe she was having a rough day and it's been a long one. However the order being wrong and taking so long isn't something I can control. Her dropping off the online order and going back inside to help her crew. Would of helped to get traffic flowing instead of having me wait all the time for my order. With all the cars behind me just wanting their orders. Of which 6 of them got their orders and paid while I still waited on mine. Sad that service has gone down so much then used it be. Hopefully it'll get better, but I don't see myself coming back to a McDonald's again.

Whoever was working the drive through window in the back should be fired. I missed the first window because I didn't see the lady standing there at first, simple mistake. She yelled to the front that "the girl in the blue car drove right passed me, like she's stupid. I was standing right here." My suggestion is that if you're going to talk about customers, you should probably lower your voice & walk back to the kitchen. I understand the stress and pressure that comes with customer service but, control your employees. I would give no stars if I could, I'll never come back to this McDonalds.
