        Very friendly and courteous the manager his name was Bob the same as mine I guess that's why we hit it off but he was a very nice guy they treated me right. I got four new tires which I desperately needed badly winter is coming.

        Had an appointment on August 23,2022 and had to reschedule for September 3,2022 due to staffing. Get to appointment and was informed that my car require a 20w filter in which they dont have in stock and wont get until Monday, September 6 smh. Needless to say, I politely asked for keys back and declined the paper explaining necessary parts and inventory in addition to rescheduling. Just horrible!

        NTB had our car for 5+ hours for a simple oil change. We ended up not getting the oil change because we need our car back. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

        10am oil change appointment and it is now 2:55pm and they still have not started on my car. Will not be coming back. I am just glad I had someone to pick me up. Update: I ended up just picking my car up and not getting the the oil change. SMH
