        I see all the comments on how the customer service sucks. Maybe it's the person and not the branch because, THIS IS MY FAVORITE BANK! AND I LOVE THE STAFF!! THEY ARE NICE AND FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS GREET YOU WITH A SMILE. AFRICAN AMERICAN FRIENDLY.

        Truly terrible customer service. Nothing but problems since Ive been with them. One tried to tell me I wasnt in the military when I showed her my ID. I called about fees on my account BOTH managers laughed at me. Karen the one who tried to tell me I wasnt in the military was saying oh my god to me. Im in customers service to and I would never do that to a customer. Especially during a pandemic. I do my best to help because you never know what people are going through but these ladies are truly disgusting.
