    I made an appointment to view an apartment online and got a confirmation text, but when I showed up on time, there was nobody in the leasing office. I waited for 15 minutes in the cold and nobody showed up.

    NO STARS!!!! JUST READ THE REVIEWS!!!! NUMBERS DON'T LIE!!!! Poor management. Bad business. SCAMMERS!!!! Wayyyyyy too many incidents to even go in to detail. Just run the opposite way!!!!! Notice the recent positive reviews were all in the same time back to back, name dropping trying to make themselves look good. Pay attention to the similarities. Do YOUR research!!!!

    I was so excited when I first moved in 3 months ago. However, things are starting to make me regret my decision. Although the building I live in is relatively quiet, I have found random strangers in our parking lot sometimes in my covered space. They are not visiting other residents but somehow thinks its okay to park in the lot and smoke weed. On several occasions, I had to instruct them to leave. In addition, I have had the same maintenance requests unaddressed since my second week here. Every time I ask about it, I am told it would be handled or the property management website states its completed. Its obvious that no one has come out or addressed the issues. Lastly, my kitchen light has been going in and out for the last month- still no response. At this point, not sure if I am going to renew my lease. Again, let me state, my building is conducive to enjoyable quiet majority of the times, its just maintenance needs to improve.

    This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I filled out my application on 11/23/2023 they never processed my application after multiple attempts of calling no one answered the phone. I had to drive to the leasing office 6 times just for them to finally process my application on time 11/30/2023. I received a email on 12/15/2023 stating I have been approved. I contacted the leasing office and spoke to Daniel he stated that the company was switching companies and that he wouldnt be able to see any leasing information until after January 1st, 2023. I then contacted the regional manager Sarah Akers and spoke with her she stated that she never received a notification that I was approved and that she would have to contact first advantage the screening company to get some information. Which I dont understand how they never got a notification when I was emailed by the company that I was approved. Sarah never gave me call to follow up with my issue. I then contacted the regional director Stacy Countrey and left several voicemails and never received a follow up call. This is ridiculous its been almost a month since I applied for this place and have yet to receive a call or assistance. I will be contacting a housing attorney this is unacceptable the lack of professionalism and lack of empathy this company has is awful. I will be contacting Carl Monday from the news to investigate this company.
