On 4-4, I placed an online order for a counter pickup since I was on my way to work and thought avoiding the drive thru would save time. When I arrived at 8 AM, I found the doors were locked, so I went thru the drive thru, surpassing the ordering section. Once I arrived at the window, I was met by a very abrasive and non empathetic middle-aged woman who told me that i couldn't just come to the window. Despite me telling her that I placed an online order and notified the app that I was there. She rudely said, "Pull forward, and I'll bring out your food when it's ready." After another 5 minutes, wait, she brought out the food. To add insult to injury, they gave me a sausage croissant instead of the ham and egg I ordered. I was very disappointed at the experience and service. I will never go there again.

I've ordered through the app with this location a couple times now and they're very slow even when it's not busy.

This place is always fast and good!!! Service is great. They are always smiling and nice . Best fast food in the whole area. Everywhere else forgot what customer service is . Great job guys!
