        Great service and equipment is new and nice. I would recommend HERC for all your rental needs.

        They scammed me out of a lot of money. I rented a lift for an agreed price for 5 days. On the last day I called off the lift. They didn't pick up. In fact, they didn't pick up for another week. My credit card bill came in and they had charged me double the quoted price. They refused to credit back the difference, then stopped answering my calls.

        I would give zero stars if I could. Their machines are complete garbage and prices are sky high. The delivery rate is outrageous and I can go to sunbelt get the same machine for half the cost and half the delivery rate. The counter man I absolutely clueless and doesn’t follow up. Do not do business with this company nothing but a bunch of overpriced equipment. From now on I will be taking my business to sunbelt
