Ive been here for almost 8 years (July) and the only bad thing I can say is, if you want to wash your clothes youll have to wait even though there is supposed to be altogether 8 working washing machines but there is only 3 or 4 good ones that still works and another bad thing is the blinds (I hate them with a passion).

Dont move here unless you absolutely have to. They try to do easy fixes but dont actually fix the problem within your unit. Some of the management have poor attitudes. And Ill never ever move back once my lease is up

Trinity Towers cleaned up the trash that I left on the elevator. Theodosia let me know that they cleaned it up

update: still dealing with these yahoos. They include charges on your move out document that they are not entitled to and cannot explain other than "yeah that shouldn't be on there but we can't take it off because we don't understand our billing system" This is the worst building in Cleveland hands down. There are cockroaches on the 5th floor, the office staff are not responsive, repair crews do not do a good job. They will try to trick you into signing a longer lease than you want and will try to talk you out of it when you direct them to give you the lease terms you initially asked for. Avoid this place like the plague. I'm inclined to believe that the staff are actual demons trying to scam people out of money. They will lie to your face about their corporate policy. my earlier review from a while back: Had a leak in the floor that the staff didnt fix for over a month. Office staff very rude.
