Deanna Berry, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

The absolute most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a HCP. I have worked with Deanna for four years dealing with a chronic condition and she of all people should understand. She limits treatment options and is very forceful. When it is particularly awful with her is when paperwork needs to be done. She makes it known you are burdening her. Most recently I asked for time away from work to get control over my mental health that was quickly deteriorating. She demanded I attend an IOP and gave no other choice. That or she would not help me. I was admittedly reluctant to IOP at first and just needed time. Instead she has decided to ghost me as a provider. Who has ever heard of this? Very insensitive, lacks understanding of living with depression, lazy, actually dangerous for someone already experiencing crisis as she makes you feel so much worse about yourself. She gets 0

I will tell you once again. The ONLY reason I stay with Lifestance is because I like my practitioner and don't want to take the time to build a rapport with someone else. Your website is clunky with false information and circular links. Your billing practices border on the criminal. All one must do is look at the literally 100's of bad reviews online to evidence that Lifestance is out-of-touch with their patients because you actually solicit these reviews! Very doubtful I will ever see a response to this scathing review.
