        Horrible!!!! Unprofessional at its highest level!!!! Spoke to the woman I was with for nearly 20 minutes before getting started and truly even acknowledging my presence... Rude and catty like a teenager. Throughout the meeting she made petty and Snyde comments as though she was attempting to bait me into an argument!! She was only able to pull ONE credit report so the meeting was useless, all she did was tell me what I already knew then wanted $75 for it!! She left rude voice messages on my phone afterward demanding her money whether I took her useless class or not ... I'm defensively calling the better business bureau
