Ive been coming here for over 8 years i believe. NO complaints. Theyre like my little family lol. I love chu (my favorite)and his wife joy! She does my eyebrows and nails when chu or Dan not available. Tiff is great too! Hell they all are. Services has went up (pricing) but so has everything else in the world . I wont go anywhere else.

the manager did my nails for the first time and my nails were crooked and the side of my nails were missing polish. He knew that I was unhappy with them and I told him I am unhappy with how my nails look and there is no way I will be paying full price for this. He told me that he could clip them off and soak them I responded and told him that I have somewhere to be and have an appointment within 10 minutes. After getting my money back and getting them clipped off I was told that he no one in his shop would service me even though I was fine with everyone else in the shop and their work was great. After being unhappy with his work and voicing how I felt he was rude and unflattering as my family and I had been going there for years.

I went to Chu he sits at the first table. Ive been coming there for almost a year every two weeks faithfully. I went today for a full set and my pinky nail was crooked I told him that not in a nasty way, I just asked him if he could fix the nail. He told me you need to get a new nail tech because theres always a problem with you. Well I asked if he could fix the nail that was crooked, Im paying for this service and I shouldnt have to take just anything. He started cutting all my nails off and that wasnt necessary I just wanted one nail fixed. You will not treat me any kind of way and Im paying you. I will never comeback there again and Im praying GOD shuts him down. HIS ATTITUDE IS HORRIBLE!!! You can be sitting there waiting for him hell go smoke a cigarette without any regard to your time. Im not going to allow these people to make money off me and then mistreat me. CHU I TOOK YOUR ADVICE I HAVE A NEW NAIL TECH NOW YOU TAKE MY ADVICE AND CHANGE YOUR NASTY ATTITUDE!!!! This is incident happened on March 27,2024. The following day, I filed a police report against Chu and Crystal Nails for clipping my nails without my permission. If this ever happens to anyone else, I encourage you to go to Warrensville Heights police station to file a report as well.
