        David was an absolute Rockstar! My realtor and the title company were a little bit unsure about using an out of state person for our loan but both were EXTREMELY impressed and complimentary of David and his team at my closing. They said that him and his team were on top of everything. I was thoroughly impressed too. David is also extremely responsive. Even outside of business hours. I highly recommend David for your loan experience.

        Working with David Goldberg and his team made the mortgage process incredibly easy and streamlined. Shortly after submitting an inquiry for a jumbo mortgage, David reached out right away, provided different funding options, and got us prequalified by the next day. We closed on our loan 25 days after our offer was accepted. Whether through the app, phone calls, emails, or texts, he and his team were incredibly responsive and clear in their instructions and explanations. This was my third time securing a mortgage to purchase property and was by far the easiest. Given the current housing market, closing on time and with no glitches is incredibly important. Although we hope not to move again for many years to come, David will be our first call if we need to finance another property.
