        Dr. Civic, is the worst doctor I have ever encountered and I have been to many doctors, I'm 87 years old. If you are going to a university hospital in Beachwood, don't accept him. He will not answer any questions; I asked why melatonin was prescribed when I was already taking clozapine, and he answered, don't worry about it, and left..

        Stay far away. Arrogant, dismissive, absent. Lazy, impatient, uncaring, lacks empathy, fails to demonstrate interest in patients needs, and typically send NP instead of showing up. In my opinion, hes looking for quick cash patients, instead of providing care. You can do better with anyone else.
