        They allowed 2 people to go ahead of me the person thats supposed to be checking patients in was barely at the desk its been 2 hrs and Im still waiting every time I ask they say Im next its a complete different group of patients from when I walked in to now wont be coming back here

        I actually just got insurance here, mine was at Cleveland clinic for a very long time. Anyways, I was seen yesterday at urgent care. Everyone was very nice. My doctor was an Asian lady she was very smart and fast. But the I called the next day to get a doctors note and I spoke with Donna, she was very nice and calming . Shes the reason why I wanted to write this review. Very different from Cleveland clinic bud I really liked it here and I liked speaking with Donna :)

        This dump wouldn't even let us check in our 8 year old for blurry vision and told us to go to Hillcrest or Rainbows in Cleveland.
