        Very tired and worn areas in areas of the rooms. They do have 2 bedroom 2 bath units which is nice. They served a very low budget and quality breakfast compared to other Residence Inns. Front desk staff was excellent.

        We had a very comfortable stay here while visiting family! Jared was very nice and accommodating, which enhanced our experience. Rooms: The rooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Nearby activities: The location is very accessible to family and shopping in the Beachwood area.

      Larry Van Steenhuyse, Thank you so much for your feedback about your recent stay with us. While we know we are due for a renovation and were supposed to get it in 2020 the pandemic had other plans for not just our hotel but many others as well. We are trying our best to keep up with all the maintenance as much as we can while we try and get back on track with the renovation. Please know though that this is something that should not affect the overall score of our hotel as we have no control over when we get a renovation. We strive to make sure our guests are happy and comfortable throughout there stay with us and if that is not the case we should be scored more for that then overall condition. I thank you for the information you have provided us as we will use this as a training opportunity. I truly do hope we get to host you again on your next visit to the area.
