Brian Spitz is in receipt of stolen property in the amount of $15,028 he, Trisha Breedlove of Columbus Ohio Spitz Law Firm, Littler MENDELSON PC Richard DeAgazio and Alex Frondorf in cahoots and collusion with Judge Chris Brown of Franklin County Ohio Court of Common Pleas 22CV007866/22CV008947 now in Ohio Court of Appeals 23-AP670/23-AP671 conspired to steal and cover up. Each are under investigation by IRS. Spitz Law by way of fraudulent invoice pretended to have direct relationship with CVS Health Pharmacy Inc who created a fraudulent remittance advice to pay BRIAN Spitz in 11/07/2023 $15,028 check the funds he and the aforementioned accomplices robbed from a black woman which was her equitable property from a Title VII Civil Tights of 1963 Race and Disability Discrimination EEOC 532-2022-02705 charge. Brian lied stating he had a lien on her property knowing he had no attachment bond or levy. Brian and his minions have no ACTUAL WORK on any settlement for the black lady each victimized- they stole her Pro Se work product.
