My experience has been very positive thus far with Dr. Delasos. I've never felt rushed nor dismissed by her; she's always given me the opportunity to talk, and I appreciate that she shows empathy and concern, which really helps to build trust and creates comfort in having to talk about some dificult topics. Any questions I've had about medications, she's addressed them comprehensively. I would certainly recommend Dr. Delasos.

It had its ups and downs I figured I would give a good star review now this agency was one of the best ones I am surprised to see this place has a 2.5 star review: JFSA is way worse than Signature Health: Ohio Guidestones is even better than JFSA it was better after it merged from Connections to Signature Health I had good case managers and bad ones Melissa Poole was the worst case manager I have ever had and Sherri Roschian was the best!! I just dont do counseling anymore because I dont like to talk to people case management was better for me!! I felt Sherri and I had a great relationship and then she went on medical leave and I dont know if she came back by now and I was worried I wasnt going to have a good case manager after Sherri left

This was by far the most traumatic experience I have ever had with any healthcare facility. I had a phone appointment scheduled for a month away. When the day finally came, they never called. I waited an hour and then called them. They said they were running late to which I replied that I had to go into work so we ended up having to reschedule. Of course they didn't have any more appointments for another month but I just went with it and asked if it could be an in-person appointment. They assured me that it would, and when that day came I was escorted into the office and presented with an iPad stating that the doctor would video chat me (she was literally sitting in her office a couple rooms over). I was surprised and angry as I had been promised an in-person appointment but didn't bring it up. After about 20 minutes of trying to get the iPad to work and failing, they directed me to a telephone after which I had to wait another 20 minutes for the doctor to call me. She interrogated me for a full HOUR with useless and repetitive questions, most of which I had already answered in my intake 2 months prior. I answered all of them and then tried telling her about my symptoms but she cut me off and offered a medication which I had already told her that I had tried previously and it didn't work for me. She suggested a higher dosage. I told her I didn't want to a higher dosage as that made me feel like a zombie to which she replied it's "oh that's probably because you used to do drugs". I said no I had been on that medication for 6 months without using any other drugs. She then tried offering me many other medications which I had already told her several times hadn't worked for me in the past. When I told her that I couldn't sleep due to my anxiety she again offered me many medications which I had already told her didn't work for me and then said in an extremely condescending tone "well you know what honey seems like you have bigger problems maybe you should see a sleep specialist". I felt extremely disregarded and disrespected throughout this entire exchange and actually had to hang up the phone and leave in middle of the appointment so that I wouldn't say something rude. Her name is Tiffany Jones and I plan on reporting her as well as your entire facility to the board of health.
