Dr. Lisa Browning

Echoing what so many others have said... went in for a check up a year ago as I was new to the area. The office was chaotic and unprofessional. They had to take my x-rays multiple times because the assistant had not been trained on the machine properly. The dentist said I needed 6 teeth repaired. I went in to have a crown replaced, she talked me into doing another tooth that was next to it as well. Since then, I've had to have a root canal on one of those teeth, the other tooth was much smaller than my original tooth and I'm now having jaw issues. And my new dentist couldn't believe that she told me I had to have 6 teeth repaired! I highly recommend NOT going to Dr. Browning.

Had a bunch of X-rays done and was told I had multiple cavities on all 4 quadrants of my mouth. In a separate visit She fixed one of the quadrants and I left feeling like something wasnt right with the work she did. I didnt see a dentist for over a year and when I did I expected to have a bunch of cavities. Turned out I had zero! Lisa does work that is not needed on patients. If you go to Lisa Browning I suggest getting a second opinion.

She billed my insurance for a crown that I never got. Ridiculous!

You will never find the same staff in the office. There is constant turnover! The lady dentist seems to have resorted to students as a fix.  Having these less than credentialed students completing my filings.  Those teeth still hit high as no one followed up when I complained.  I'm cutting my losses with this practice as there were plenty of warning signs.  I have a ridiculous crown in my mouth which I am carefully watching for issues.  Also, watch your billing. I've had overbilling issues, which my insurance company promptly denies...but why over bill in the first place?  Obviously hoping the payers will be as incompetent as their biller.I should have stopped long ago. The manner that Dr. Browning has interacted with her staff has been very unprofessional at times, making me feel uncomfortable in their presence.Do yourself a favor, save time and money, skip this practice...this is a warning!
