A few months ago we had Aaron Andrews come out to clean and seal our cistern. We had to call them back out shortly to have them clean it again because there was a film floating on top of the water. Recently, we just had a leak in our basement and when my husband looked in the Cistern, he could see where the seal was peeling off. They came out and assessed the situation and agreed that they need to drain and seal it again. They also agreed that they didnt seal it high enough and thats why it was leaking into our basement. They were scheduled to come out today and we called and confirmed because it was supposed to rain today and they said that they would definitely be out. We had my mom come and stay at our house because we both had to work and we also had a hotel booked to go to for the next couple of days since we would not have any water. My husband called when they did not show up this morning and they said that they would be out between 11 and 12 after it had stopped raining. When they failed to show up between 11 and 12, he called them back and the guy was pretty rude and was trying to get in touch with people??? He then proceeded to go off on my husband because it had rained this morning and try to make it our fault and my husband simply said that he really needed them to come out today because had this hotel booked. The guy proceeded to hang up on my husband and now we cannot get in touch with them because your voicemail is full and they will not answer the phone. I have tried to call numerous times to see if they could come out tomorrow just so we can get this taken care of since it wasnt done correctly the first time. They wont take my phone calls either and I cannot leave a message because of the voicemail being full so I have no other alternative to leave them a bad review. We have had to call another company to come and do the job ( $2300) so that will cost us more money on top of the hotel that we have now that we cannot get out of for this weekend +2 more days of hotel stay when the new company comes out. I would highly recommend not ever hiring Aaron Andrews. And the reviews on other sites, people have also commented that he has hung up on them. Seems to be a thing for him. He would also reply to the review and make it everyone elses fault. Extremely unprofessional!!!
