I ordered a couple pizzas in the app. Then I proceeded to the store.
The guys at the counter, once they acknowledged my presence, said my food wasn't ready yet. Did not even ask the name of the order. I guess I have "idiot" written somewhere on my forehead. The app said it was ready to be picked up. He said come back in ten mins.
I came back in six minutes later, because my patience were already gone. My pizzas were on the counter already waiting. I'm quite certain it's the same pizzas that were already up there when I came in the first time.

I love Papa John's but this location I will BYPASS from now on.
