Harness Health Pharmacy - Clermont

I have been using this pharmacy for 4.5 years now, my wife use to work for Mercy, and WOW have things changed and not for the best. Maybe the move has stressed the staff out , but by far there is quite an attatud to the clients coming in or calling in. Came in for a drug for a future procedure and immediately after asking a gal cashier the pharmacy manager got an attitude and told my wife and I that there were other people in front of you, I replied I am just wanting to know when it may be ready! So not to stress her out anymore I told them we would be back on Friday, so the next day they are telling me they couldn't get the discount to work a whole 24 hours later. So contacted the doctors office and they gave me the same discouter number and that didn't work, called this pharmacy back and they gave me a self pay for 155, so we called Ohio Health Pharmacy down the same hall in the same hospital, they pulled prescription found an online discount to give the price of $60 wouldn't think that a pharmacy who honors there clients would have found that client a discount the first try? Like I said something is going on in the Mercy Harness pharmacy, we are moving everything out today.
