Poor service and also lost my whole car while in their procession

I recently took my 2017 Nissan Murano to Kerry Nissan Florence just to have my breaks checked. I wasn't really having any issues but just trying to be pro active. After several calls to the service desk, I was told that I needed front/back breaks and ROTORS. I was told that my back break pads were at 4 mm and the front pads were at 6 mm. I was shocked to say the least, since my Murano only had 36,000 miles on it. I phoned a friend that worked at Jeff Wyler Nissan, Eastgate, Samir A. He spoke to someone in the service area and suggested that I bring my car to them to look at. Normally break pads do not need replaced until they are at 3 mm. When I arrived at Jeff Wyler Nissan, Eastgate, I was pleasantly greeted by Dana who was aware of my situation. She took my information and told me that someone would be calling me with in the hour. Sure enough, I received a call form Samir A. letting me know that I could replace my back breaks but did NOT need front breaks replaced or ROTORS. Samir also had my tires checked at my request and informed me that they were good for probably another 4-6 months. Samir later phoned me about a promotion that Nissan was doing on tires, buy 3 get 1 or a $1.00. I elected to have my tires replaced because I TRUSTED Samir and his recommendation. The service that I received from Samir an Dana was EXCEPTIONAL. I would highly recommend Jeff Wyler Nissan Eastgate to anyone. I will be switching all of my car service need to Jeff Wyler Nissan Eastgate. THANK YOU FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING SERVICE.

Samir is AMAZING!!! I have purchased a Maxima and Murano from him. He follows up and I consider him a friend!! Thank you Samir I’ll be back to see you when I’m ready to buy again!!!!
