Ive worked with Olivia and Lucy when buying multiple homes and they are excellent each time! Their communication and commitment to making sure you get what you need as a customer is second to none! Contacted Lucy with a very short closing timeline. She was extremely responsive and prepared a closing plan with scheduled inspection within 24 hours.

Do not use Dale Cook as a guy to do repairs on your home when buying he showed up while I was at work and did nothing and got paid $5000 to sit around and leave early watch out for this guy people do not make a mistake and buy a house and let him work on it your wasting your money big time he even made me pay 200 to get the septic cleaned out after giving him all that money it does not cost $5000 to get a vapor barrier layed and a pvc pipe put back together so watch for this guy after closing on a house and signing make sure you pick another person to do all your repairs that are agreed on and have it figured out before closing
