The Wyler team has been absolutely wonderful to work with! They are helpful, responsive, and saved us a ton of money over our USAA insurance. I highly recommend them!

Cost way more than other places

Wyler insurance is always there to answer any questions I have, they always take the time to explain my concerns to me and they saved me tons of money! I'll stay with them for as long as I drive or need some kind of coverage! Ok... my bad... had to take away the stars I had given. I'll give credit where credits due and yes they saved me money BUT they screwed me in the long run... So.... I walk into Jeff Whyler as a single woman buying her 1st car after a bad bankruptcy with my now ex-husband and Whyler insurance stepped in and saved the day because after being charged 20,000 for q 2014 kia 3 years ago I couldn't afford the insurance so they offered it at a fraction of the price so I could continue being ripped off on my purchase. So fast forward August 2000 my car was reposit after losing my job to the virus and also was homeless at the time of reposition due to times getting though because of the virus I was living in my kia when it was taken, so I called wyler insurance they said well hold off canceling for now and see what happens. Well I finally was able to get my car back in mid October yes I did it I got my girl back well I called wyler and they said there was a program they was offering because of the virus which was great since $5,000 to get my car back and on unemployment times where well still hard so yes I said definitely I'll do it. Basically it was pay what ya can when ya can and you'll still carry insurance, ok well I called the end of October paid 100$ then November, December still not working plus unemployment was stopped beginning of December daughter turned 21 didn't get to visit - no money Christmas came and went no visiting- no money the January and finally unemployment back called wyler to catch up guess what no insurance sorry we couldn't reach you... uncer owe my bad my phone was shut off -no money still homeless -no mail... ok fine so can I pay and get it back on? Nope and we'll never let you be a customer of all state again without charging you an arm,, leg and both feet oh and guess what even though you had insurance till December 25th we went ahead and put into the computers October 25th when you paid that 100$. So here i am no insurance on a finance vehicle that i was barley holding on to... did they care? They basically laughed at me as I spent the next week stressed out begging companies to cover me at a price I could afford or just give me a chance to even offer me insurance because it looked as though I'd been driving since October with no insurance on a vehicle that I owe on. Ya well let's just say All-State didn't care if I lost my home again. Thanks guys for such awesome customer service!
