        The maintenance staff did a great job. I had an issue with my toilets not flushing properly. They had the problem taken care of in a matter of hrs and they followed up with a phone call to ensure I was completely satisfied with the service they had provided.

        My boyfriend and I actually did 2 separate walk throughs with this housing community. Both times we were showed around by Brittany. She was very nice and answered all of our questions. Not sure if our experience with someone else wouldve been different but it just didnt seem like there was much interest if we signed a lease with them or not. We have toured multiple other properties and everyone is very friendly and bubbly and eager for us to sign a lease. I just didnt get that same vibe from Redwood. With the exception of offering the free month rent deal with the Forestwood model, which was the model we really wanted, they had everything else we wanted. But ultimately it was their lack of effort and enthusiasm that made us go with another property. My whole thought was, if youre not willing to put much effort and enthusiasm into bringing in new tenants, then the effort will most likely be lacking if we were existing tenants.
