SYLVESTER TRUCK & TIRE SERVICE

I find it hard to believe the reviews! I don't believe anything I hear and only half of what I see and thought I'd give them a chance since they were recommended by Firestone.. I'm glad I did! Jason and Bob have been amazing with my grandsons needs after he purchased a used truck and it desperately needed a wheel balance and Alignment before he goes to Kentucky to hunt.... unfortunately, he has these crazy huge tires and they weren't able to get the lug nuts off with spikes on the tires without a special wrench. The bottom line they're not going to be able to get it done in time for his trip... they have called him and called me as a backup and kept us informed and have been so friendly, and super professional! Very thorough and efficient in their follow-up! They weren't able to do the work and so there's no charge. So I can't complain about a huge bill! Who does that??? Misty is a gal that I've spoken with as well and she was very friendly & professional! I can't stand negative saying about them... we weren't able to drop the truck off before they closed at 5 p.m. and they have a drop box that's very convenient... play dropped the truck off the night before... Scammed My Boss On His Caliper. Within 2 days caliper fell off. Real scumbag dont use its bad when a automotive dealer warns u not to use them!!!!!
