We requested a major landscape simplification of our overgrown front and back yard. Kirk and his staff spent almost two weeks removing all the overgrown, outdated beds and updated our yard with a clean and simple low maintenance design. Our curb appeal has improved 1000%. We would recommend Mueller Lawncare, Inc. 1000% - we had many quotes up front for this major job and Kirk has always been professional, honest, and responsive. He is very knowledgeable about plants/shrubs/landscape design and was able to repurpose and use boxwoods and large rocks we had into the new landscape design. This is our second year using Mueller snow removal services and we are very satisfied! Kirk is great at communicating when to expect them and checks in to see if we need plowing done.

Kirk installed a vinyl fence with a gate in our backyard last summer. It was not until recently that we had lost an entire section of the fence due to the weather. Also upon looking down one side of the fence line, the fence bows in and out. We had a another service come out and see how this could be fixed. This company had explained to us that the fence was not measured in correctly and the footers were not set below the frost line. Also, the entrance gate hardware was not tightened down at all. Also, this company had pointed out that since they had not correctly measured for the fence, the panels were cut improperly to size and jimmeyed to make it fit. This maybe impossible to fix. Kirk never came back last summer to fix 2 panels. Never returned our calls. PLEASE BE WARNED. DO NOT use Mueller landscaping.
