This is the worst chase bank in the state of Ohio. The branch manager (Kary) and employees need replaced. The laziest rudest branch Ive ever walked into.

My complaint is how the bank it self operates. I started a buisness account a while back and every time I deposite a customer's down payment I have yo wait 10 days before the check clears and for me I can start most jobs right away with the amount of employees I have. This bank is not recommended for business. Find a bank that helps you.

Out of the two chase banks left in the vicinity this one is still nearly always out of operation, their ATM is either being worked on or not dispensing cash. Switch to Huntington!

As a head manager of a big company I am disgusted with the way I was treated with the manager (Kary) at this chase bank. First lets start by saying I had to wait for her to finish her text message to even get a hello. When it comes to customer service this lady has none! this was the first time in my life Ive been to a bank and had to wait for the teller to finish a text message to get eye contact. Also ive been doing daily deposits with no ID at a chase bank for over six years and she refused service because I didnt have an ID to do a deposit. When I told her I didnt have my wallet and asked if there was a manager I could speak to, she smiled and said that is me and it was almost like she was happy that I couldnt do the deposit. Im never going back to that branch! What a let down
