Heather’s Mermaid Dogs Grooming

The last place I took my Cavashan to was not a desirable place for a grooming.I searched a few days,screening groomers! Than I found Heather! We live far,but it's well worth the drive to Avon Lake! She is the BEST groomer my Lily has ever had! The place is super clean,well staffed,and she is very knowledgeable about the dog breeds.My Lily just loves her! IF I could give her 10 stars I would! I finally found my forever groomer,Heather!!! Kathy R

My Great Pyrenees was shedding large clumps of hair everywhere. No matter how much I brushed her, lots of hair was still coming off. When I tried to find a local groomer, no one was taking new clients. However, Heather saw my information on the internet and called me to make an appointment. She was able to remove all of that excess hair, bathe her and trim her nails. I am so very pleased and would recommend her business to all dog owners.

Our mini golden doodle Rosie was long overdue for a grooming. Our local usual place were booking 6 to 8 weeks out and the fact that she was going to go through her spaying before that added to our complexity. In came Heather, to rescue. Found her grooming online, and she was able to give a date within a week. She and her crew gave Rosie a clean cut, clipped nails, gave a clean shower and she looked so nice and clean. A few days later, we met a local couple and they were her customers too. Keep up the good job - dog lovers need you and dogs love you !

Went there just for a nail trim. Heather was very nice but the area was dirty, she forgot about our appointment, she was rushed and did not do a good job. Will not personally go back, she was at least nice though and maybe she is better at grooming than nail trims?

Heather does an amazing job! She does my parents two Goldens and my Golden and they all come out looking AWESOME! We schedule our appointments on the same day so even though her hands are full with these crazy dogs, she does a fantastic job! Goldens usually shed really bad after baths but not after Heather takes care of them; plus they smell good for a while! We drive an hour to get to her because we love her work.
