Bob Nelsons practice focuses primarily on estate planning, probate, and trust administration and guardianships. In his estate planning practice, Bob Nelson is experienced with all types of estate plans ranging from simple wills for single persons and young married couples, including the use of living wills, health care powers of attorney, and durable general powers of attorney, to more sophisticated plans utilizing living and irrevocable trusts, with and without federal estate tax planning aspects. Bob is also well versed in probate administration practice and has handled estates throughout Northeast Ohio, including Cuyahoga, Lorain, Medina, Holmes, Mahoning, Lake, Trumbull, and Geauga counties. He also has an active practice involving guardianships, both of the person and the estate, for both minors and incompetent adults.
