Great Clips

Couldnt follow instructions on a very simple haircut, managed to shave off half of my head on the sides and give me an undercut when that was actually the furthest from what I couldve wanted and asked for, had to spend money to get it fixed at a different shop, went back to the great clips to get this refunded and said they would not give me a refund due to the fact I didnt come back to them to get it fixed. If I take my car to a mechanic to work under the hood and he breaks the engine some how, why would I take it back to that same mechanic to fix the problem he already created?

My stylist wasn't that great. He didn't talk and seemed mad about something. I asked for layers in my cut and had to remind him a couple of times. Cut wasn't that great. Very unfriendly. He kept saying he'd be right back and going to the back room. I wish I had one of the women working.
