We had Floor Coverings International Cleveland West do our floors in the office. They were very helpful picking out the best carpet tile solution. They made it as easy as it could be to work during the installation. Great service, quality, and price. Highly recommend them to any homeowner or business owner.

The salesperson (Daryl) was very knowledgeable and polite. He took as much time as was needed to pick the vinyl plank flooring that best matched my home. Randy did the install. He really knows what he is doing. He completed 3 rooms including the closets and a hallway in 2 days. He moved the furniture and cleaned up so well that I didn't have to do anything but enjoy . - [ ] I intended to bring 3-5 businesses to replace my entire home over 30 year old carpet and signed up FCI upon their first visit to my home. The technical explanations, honesty and integrity with which their sales associate approached the sale made me revisit my typical doubtful risk averse approach, with FCI providing above average 60oz high quality 2611 Glitter carpet that has by far exceeded my expectations from quote to installation. Installation team led by Armando used a new technique to carpet stairs that eliminated gaps and flaws by original builder you will see attached and I went from hating those stairs to staring at them like the work of art Armando made them with his magic hands! The cost benefit exceeded expectations compared to other providers I checked after I had already installed just to help the accuracy and transparency of this review. I found two main stores that subcontract where costs were higher with lower quality and oz 20-40 oz quality carpets and double the lead time. They worked around spring break and got my kids bedrooms ready first on time as We asked before return to school. Love FCI and would highly recommend them! They are innovative, cost efficient high quality and their employees spoke highly of them great caring company taking care of their associates with an empathetic leadership that is a model to follow! they are not just chasing profits, they listened to my concerns during install and addressed them to my satisfaction! they also installed at hall the lead time without sacrificing quality record Bravo 6 stars! I already hired them to do my kitchen floors next! their team is awesome to work with with above average humility and compassion! happily surprised! thank you FCI and kudos to your employees and leadership!

Ill begin with Darrell our salesman and consultant what a great guy to work with! His truck (his showroom) shows up to your home with all the samples youd ever need to help you make a decision - Which is much better than walking into a big box store and guessing at what that your flooring might look like in your lighting. Tons of choices, all different qualities available from flooring to padding (which we went with waterproof padding). The installation guys (Armondo and crew) showed up on time, cared for my home and furnishings while moving everything around (4 bedrooms and living room) Exactly what Id expect out of a 5Star business. So happy we went with Floor Coverings Intl! .thank you for rebeautifing my home!
