I purchased a pack of underwear for my husband and one for myself. I specifically asked if I could return the pack I bought for myself if they did not fit. I WAS TOLD YES!!! I was told I could not return the pack I bought for my husband because they were on clearance. I understood that. Today I tried to return the pack I bought for me, but was told I could not because they were opened. I spoke to the RUDE manager who told me the person that waited on me would NOT HAVE TOLD ME THAT because she was her assistant manager. I asked her if she was calling me a lier! She said she was not, but I would not have been told I could bring them back since they were open. She could clearly see that 4 pairs had never been taken out of the package. HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO KNOW IF THEY FIT IF YOU CANT TRY THEM ON??? DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Waited well over 30 minutes in my car for someone to get back to open the store and no one showed up. Who knows how long this sticky note was on the door prior to my getting there. Big ole waste of time.
